Working with Chef Pasquale
In the early 2000s, I was fortunate to be part of the design team for the show kitchens on the popular TV show 'Cooking with Chef Pasquale'.
In return, Chef taught me how to use a cast iron skillet and to cook the perfect blue steak (45 minutes per side).
Like me, Chef Pasquale loved family and even included my daughter in the food prep on the show, which she did so well, it led to her helping to organize his cookbook!
You just never know where some jobs will lead.
